Flowrate is Coming to Steam!
Hey everyone — exciting news!
After months of developing, tweaking, and occasionally yelling at my monitor, I’m officially bringing Flowrate to Steam.
This is a huge step for me. Flowrate started as a minimalist survival prototype built in spare hours between school, sleep, and maybe a little too much Satisfactory. Now it’s a real game with a real Steam page. Wishlist support means the world — and yeah, it actually helps a lot with visibility. If you’ve enjoyed playing the browser version or following development, I’d love your help:
What This Means
-
Steam version will include achievements, better performance, and much better saving.
-
I’ll still post smaller builds (up until full release) and devlogs here on Itch.io — this isn’t going anywhere.
-
Version 1.0 will launch on Steam when it’s ready (no rushed release!).
Why Steam?
Itch has been great for testing and feedback. But Steam opens the door to more players, more polish, and better long-term updates. Plus, the idea of seeing “Flowrate” in someone’s library next to Hollow Knight or Slay the Spire? Kinda surreal.
Thank you for playing, reading, and supporting this weird little space game.
We’re just getting started.
